At ERIGO, we’re committed to getting your gear to you—quickly, safely, and affordably. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process, timelines, and coverage.

 

SHIPPING COVERAGE

We currently ship across India, including all metro cities and most tier-2 & tier-3 towns.
International shipping is not yet available, but stay tuned.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Standard Processing Time: 1-2 business days

  • Orders placed after 5 PM IST are processed the next business day.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

DELIVERY TIMELINES

Metro Cities 3-5 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities 5-7 business days
Remote/Rural Areas 7-10 business days

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an SMS/email with live tracking details.

 

ORDER DELAYS

While we strive for fast delivery, delays can happen due to:

  • Unforeseen weather conditions

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

In such cases, we’ll keep you in the loop via email or WhatsApp.

 

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately based on availability. No extra charge will be applied.

 

UNDELIVERED ORDERS

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Customer unavailability

  • Wrong address

  • Refusal to accept

The order will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

 

PACKAGING

We ship all products in Tamper-proof packaging to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.
