At Erigo Originals, we want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange under the following policy:

1. Return Window
   • Customers can request a return or exchange within **7 days** of receiving the product.  
   • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags.

2. Eligible Return Reasons
   • Wrong product received  
   • Damaged product  
   • Wrong size  
   • Manufacturing defect  

3. Non-returnable Items
   • Used or washed products  
   • Items without original tags  
   • Accessories bought under “Free Gift” or special promotions  

4. How to Request a Return

   • Include your order number and product images  
   • Our team will respond within 24–48 hours

5. Refund Method
   • Refund is issued to the original payment method or as store credit  
   • Refund is processed within 5–7 business days after inspection

6. Exchange
   • Exchanges are allowed for size or color (subject to availability)

7. In-Store Purchase
   • Offline store purchases can be exchanged within 7 days at our Bhopal store:  
     Shop No. 52, Old Ashoka Garden, Bhopal, MP, India

8. Shipping Costs
   • Return pickup charges may apply depending on location  
   • Defective/wrong product returns are free
